My pledge brother Cole reminded me that Lollapalooza will be coming up this summer and told me I should get my tickets soon if I wanted to go. Seeing that I never have anything to do in August, I found it to be a perfect time for a roadtrip. Zack agreed:

Well it looks like my site has been slowed down to a crawl over the past few days and it’s really shot any motivation I’ve had for posting. Shame. Anyways, I think I found out what the issue was. When I removed my Flickr pictures from the sidebar, the page loaded much faster than before. So..I removed it. It’s not like anyone looks at my pictures anyways. Nor does anyone even read my blog posts…what the fuck am i typing this out for. Apologies to Zack and Joe, I love you guys.
11 more days of classes…means that I have to pick my classes for next year. I bid on my classes this morning and I’ll find out if I got what I wanted next Wednesday:

Next semester should be fun…
I woke up this morning at 9:32 for my 9:35 class and it takes 10-15 minutes to get there. I hate these mornings. I’m never going to take a class before 10:40 again. Anyways, I sprinted for the class only to find out when I had reached it that the class was cancelled that morning. Apparently she sent out an e-mail at 9:12 telling us she wouldn’t be able to make it to class. Wow, that’s convenient. I check my Learnlink account every morning but in the midst of all the scrambling this morning, I figured there’d be nothing worth wasting my time on. Fuck.
At least there’s no bio lab this week…nor is there a bio quiz…nor a chem quiz. Dooley came into my chem classroom 10 minutes after it started last Thursday (it’s a 1hr 30min class) and asked my Chem Professor if she knew what the middle initial W of Robert W. Woodruff was. After incorrectly answering, our class was immediately dismissed by Dooley. That pushed my chem quiz back to tuesday of next week, so now i’ve got nothing going on this week (minus my Microecon exam…I <3 competitive markets...) Here's some pics of my chem class:

Guitar Hero Ii for the Xbox 360 comes out tomorrow, and that will probably be the end of me. They’ve added some songs since the PS2 version like “Dead!” by My Chemical Romance, and apparently some songs from Guitar Hero 1 will be available for download as well (like Higher Ground by Red Hot Chili Peppers, Stellar by Incubus, and Bark at the Moon by Ozzy.)
