It’s amazing how it’s been 3 years since I started up this blog (longer if you count the defunct fuckxanga.com) and it still somehow managed to stay alive. I thought I’d give it another shot, just like I always do whenever I feel like procrastinating. In fact, my last post was almost one year ago - pitiful.
The biggest thing happening in my life right now would have to be the MCAT. I’ve got approximately 79 days until D-Day, meaning I’m 80 days away from being the happiest man on Earth (calling myself a man sounds weird…let’s go with “person.”) The MCAT has made me start thinking of where I wanted to go to medical school, and only 2 choices pop into my head: Emory and somewhere in Ohio. It was nice to leave Ohio for college…but I can’t say that I wouldn’t like coming back home for the next stage of my journey to becoming a doctor.
So I’m totally obsessed with Epic’s new game Gears of War 2, so much so that I took a 3 day break from MCAT studying to just sit on my ass and play the game continuously. You know it’s getting bad when you haven’t eaten for almost 24 hours but the hunger still doesn’t pry the controller out of your hands.
With the release of Quantum of Solace at midnight tomorrow comes one of my old blog topics, the “movie review.” I’ll probably have a review up shortly after I get back.
